Returns and Exchanges Policy
While we make every effort to describe all our watches as accurately as possible, we accept that occasionally not all items received are as you expected.
If you wish to return your item please contact us either via email at info@zadwatch.com or via our live chat or on our WhatsApp at +971 52 791 3822, requesting a refund or exchange. Please also include a copy of your invoice or packing slip and advise us of the reason for the return whether it's a refund or exchange etc.
Return and Exchange Eligibility:
All returned or exchanged items must be:
- Returned in new condition and in their original packaging.
- Must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
- Exchanges / Returns may be returned within 14 days from the date of dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:
- Any signs of wear.
- Parts of the item are missing.
- Plastic seals and/or tags on the item have been removed.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% of the total order value when four or more items are returned at the same time.
If there is any noticeable discrepancies, damage or defect when you receive your order, or if the wrong item was delivered, please refer to the above.
Upon receiving your returned item we will endeavor to refund you by processing the refund request through the payment gateway services provider, this process may take 4 to 7 working days depending on the payment method you have selected.
